Our COVID-19 Update

To our bytten family,

While we are an online-only business, we do have some COVID-19 updates and logistical notes to share with you. These decisions have all been made to prioritize the safety of our team, community, and customers.

In order to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are all working from home. Luckily our products are small, so even order fulfillment is easy to do from our home studio. We are washing our hands and sanitizing our workspaces obsessively, and we are cleaning and quarantining all incoming packages (e.g., shipping supplies) according to CDC guidelines 

We ship via USPS, which is experiencing some delays due to the pandemic's effect on transportation availability:

    • USPS Priority Mail Express: This service will not experience any delays at this time.
    • USPS Priority Mail: Local 1-day delivery will not experience delays. However, the 2-3 day delivery window will now be extended to 3-4 days.
    • USPS First-Class Package Service: 2-3 day delivery windows will be extended to 3-4 day delivery windows.

Our processing times are typically between one and three business days, but we are experiencing some delays due to Mother's Day (YAY MOMS!) ... and well, you know the rest. Processing times are now between three and five business days. We are doing our best to speed that up but please be patient during this crazy time. 

We are processing engraved orders more frequently than usual to allow for slower shipping times. Just a heads up, the window for Mother's Day engraved rings has already passed.
