In stock, non-engraved orders ship within 1-4 business days. Orders that include engraved items will ship together when engraving is completed, approximately two weeks from time of order. 

domestic shipping

• Standard domestic shipping is provided via USPS First Class which typically takes 2-3 business days depending on your address. 
• We offer several shipping upgrades from USPS and UPS if you need your order faster. These options will be available when you checkout. Please see our FAQS for more info. 

international shipping

• Taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
• Standard international shipping is provided via GlobalPost Standard International and UPS for most locations. Shipping times are 1-6 weeks; typically 2-4 weeks. Please note that some locations may take longer and may be affected by delays in Customs.
• If you are interested in additional shipping options, email us at support@bytten.com and we can provide quotes from FedEx and / or DHL Express.
• UK CUSTOMERS: Please visit our Etsy store here. Etsy will manage the required VAT tax processing and will simplify the experience for you and us.
• ABU DHABI CUSTOMERS: Shipping to Abu Dhabi is available via FedEx International Priority for $85. Shipping time is approximately 1-3 days.

bytten is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you wish to purchase insurance, we have added Route package protection as an option at check-out to make adding insurance easy and affordable.
