We want to make sure that you love your bytten accessories, so we accept exchanges and returns within 30 days of purchase according to the following guidelines:

> Sale, custom, engraved, and sample sale orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
> Pieces need to be in un-worn re-sellable condition in the original packaging
> Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
> For exchanges, we are happy to provide full credit towards another purchase.

Of course, if your item is damaged upon receipt or you receive something other than what you ordered we will work with you to correct the problem.

We guarantee our products for 6 months after receipt and will replace or repair problems resulting from normal wear during that time. Lost, stolen or abused jewelry is not covered by this warranty.
